S1E35 - Bono 'Surrender', Barbarian & The Crown
Episode Notes
This week, the unimaginable happens to Will: U2 have taken some of his money. And he's ok with that. Lorraine and Will tackle Bono's epic, rambling autobiographical audiobook 'Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story' and gain a new appreciation of their countries most famous son. Then it's on to 'Real-Estate horror' film, Barbarian. Lorraine is wary of gory horror movies and this one has the guy from IT in it, so it doesn't bode well. Finally, they tackle season 5 of The Crown where they discuss everything from how funny the name 'Debicki' is and the arrival of 'The Dodi' into the royal family's lives. Even more finally, Will recommends his friend Mike's album. It's called Birds and the band are M Stevens & The Ghosts.
